Changing a 1.5 Hack-1.6

I need a tutorial on how to make a 1.5 Hack work in 1.6. I've recently come across Hardcore OGC, an awesome hack in my opinion one I feel deserves to be converted to use in 1.6. SO if someone has the patience to post a tut or direct me to one that would be great.

I dont Have The source I just wanna Convert to 1.6 And Vac-proof it

its not possible to take a hack only made for 1.5 and hex it so it works with 1.6
