CS 1.6 Speed hack.

Hello, i want to know how to create a working speedhack that could possible block the lag from server, i got tantium4 for hook and MS V c++6.0 , i dont just wanna copy and paste but i wanan do soem stuff myself too, please help.

And i did a search, only somewhat usefull thing i found was a Delphi tutorial to make speed hack.
